Our Affirmative Action Plan Service
We provide twelve (12) months of comprehensive development and support services relative to the creation, implementation and ongoing consulting support for your Affirmative Action Plans (AAP). Our commitment to our clients includes:

    ♦ Development of the AAP statistical package including Organization Profile (or Workforce Analysis as required), Job Group Analysis, Availability Analysis, Utilization Analysis, Annual Goals, Goals Progress,
    ♦ Adverse Impact and Compensation analyses as well as the required Veteran & Disabled reports.
    ♦ Preparation, support with editing and updating of AAP narratives, forms, contact recommendations, letters to referral sources, notices, and related documents.
    ♦ Editing or modifications to the Plans as needed to assure ongoing compliance with the unique specifications imposed by the various entities with which you do business.
    ♦ Ongoing unlimited live telephone or on-site support as needed, provided by our expert staff to assist the AAP implementation.
    ♦ Individualized audit preparation and consultant audit support. The only time there is a fee associated with this service is when there is a need to run a file we have never seen before such as partial year transaction data.

Data Confidentiality
Our consultants understand the sensitivity of the data we use in the development of an AAP. We routinely execute confidentiality agreements with our clients.
